Lighting
In 2007, we replaced all of our metal halide light fixtures throughout our facility with T-8 fluorescent fixtures. This energy savings alone REDUCES CO 2 EMISSIONS OVER 110 TONS PER YEAR. This is the equivalent of adding more than 25 acres of forest annually.
Packaging
All of our cardboard is recycled or put through a machine & perforated to utilize for our packing material, eliminating the need for plastic bubble wrap.
Paint line
We reclaim heat from our powder paint line dry-off oven & use it to heat our wash tanks.
During the winter we reclaim heat from our dry-off oven & bake oven to help heat our manufacturing and warehouse space.
Our 3 stage cleaning & pre-treatment system uses bio-remediation which is totally environmentally friendly –
No Phosphates.
